About the Role
Tailormade Solution is seeking an experienced RTV Clerk to join our client’s team in Pinetown, South Africa. As a Junior Position, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and knowledge of the warehousing and distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with credit returns and stock recall processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel
- Implement SAP systems (if applicable)
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and Good Warehouse Practice
Requirements
- Basic Product Knowledge
- Warehousing and distribution industry knowledge
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of SOPs w.r.t. credit returns or RTV, stock recall and Good .Warehouse Practice
- Strong Excel knowledge – knowledgeable in Pivot tables
- Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills able to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal communication)
- High attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Good administrative and organizational skills are essential
- 50% pass rate in English and Maths
