About the Role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join us in our Marketing Department at Two Roads Trading. The incumbent will be responsible for the visual communication of the company’s brand, projects, and technical expertise across a range of internal and external platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, proposals, presentations, and project profiles
• Create and maintain branded templates for internal and external communications
• Produce digital assets for the company website, social media, and email campaigns
• Support tender and bid submissions with professional graphic layouts and formatting
• Collaborate with the marketing team, technical staff, and management to translate complex engineering concepts into clear visual content
• Manage and enforce brand consistency across all company touchpoints
• Prepare files for print production and digital delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent
• 23 years of professional design experience in a corporate, in-house, or agency environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across brand identity, print, presentations, and digital media
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for branded template design
• Working knowledge of Figma or equivalent tools is advantageous
• Understanding of print production processes, file specifications, and colour management
• Experience in a technical, engineering, or B2B environment will be a strong advantage
