About the Role

Gijima Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centurion: Project Administrator to provide comprehensive programme and project administration support to our Programme Manager and project team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring effective coordination, reporting, governance compliance, and smooth day-to-day project operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and administer all project and programme activities
Schedule and manage project and SteerCo meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
Maintain and update project documentation, templates, and reporting packs
Manage and audit project documentation within the project repository
Ensure compliance with PMO governance and document management procedures
Upload and manage project documentation via Signiflow for approvals and signatures
Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely follow-ups
Monitor and update project budgets and financial tracking elements
Assist with requisitions, purchase order reconciliation, and invoice tracking
Support onboarding of new project resources
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Programme/Project Manager
Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO administrative processes and best practices

Requirements

Diploma in Project Management or Project/Office Administration (NQF 6)
3–5 years’ proven experience in project or programme administration
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
