Hire Resolve’s Client is currently hiring an Accounting Senior to join their team in Cape Town. Our client is a mid-size accounting and audit firm based in Cape Town. As an Accounting Senior, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records and providing financial advice to clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong accounting skills and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts
- Provide financial advice and support to clients
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Train and mentor junior accountants
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- SAICA Articles completed
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CA(SA) qualification is preferred
- Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
