About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a driven finance professional to join our dynamic environment as an Operational Financial Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full finance function across the business unit and supporting operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full finance function across the business unit
- Leading and mentoring a finance team of 2
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Overseeing monthly management accounts and reporting
- Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance
- Working closely with operations to support financial performance
- Utilising Excel and ERP systems for reporting and analysis
Requirements
- BCom Accounting or Finance qualification
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA
- 3–4 years total experience, with at least 1 year in a management role
- Strong experience in reconciliations and full finance function
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small team
- Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems
- Process-driven with the ability to implement and improve SOPs
