- Proven senior leadership experience within a complex, international organisation

- Solid background in research, monitoring & evaluation, and evidence translation into policy and practice
- Demonstrated experience in advocacy, partnership development, and influencing at a senior level
- Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams in agile, multicultural environments

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead a dynamic Learning & Innovation function, shaping organisational strategy and ensuring the development, synthesis, and dissemination of evidence that strengthens resilient HIV responses—particularly in crisis contexts. You will play a key representative role both regionally and globally, influencing policy, fostering partnerships, and advancing scalable, cost-effective solutions.
