About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is excited to be recruiting a People (HR) Intern for a luxury safari lodge located in the breathtaking Kruger National Park. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated and people-centric graduate who is eager to gain hands-on HR experience within a world-class hospitality environment surrounded by wilderness.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including posting vacancies and screening CVs
- Compiling starter packs and assisting with onboarding of new employees
- Capturing and maintaining employee records on the HR Information System
- Submitting payroll-related documentation accurately and timeously
- Responding to staff enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assisting with personnel administration and employee records management
- Coordinating interviews and liaising with shortlisted candidates
- Supporting general office and HR administration duties
- Booking training courses and assisting with training administration and invoicing
- Assisting with company events and internal initiatives
- Supporting BBBEE-related administration
- Assisting with general HR and People-related projects as required
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (essential)
- Diploma in Human Resource Management (essential)
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
