About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to lead our Shipping department in Cape Town City Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and fine-tuning international shipping processes, managing department budgets, and providing leadership guidance to team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Shipping department by strategically developing and fine-tune shipping processes internationally
- Manage your department budget from costing stages
- Provide proven experience in project management within the department
- Offer leadership and guidance to EXCO and own reportees pertaining shipping
- Maintain excellent relationships with agents and other role players essential for the sector
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in managing shipping processes internationally
- Strong leadership skills
- Financial acumen

- Honours Degree or Undergraduate Degree
