About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Durban, responsible for leading our dealership operations and ensuring exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily dealership operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Foster strong relationships with customers, manufacturers, and distributors
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements
- Oversee service and parts operations to maintain high standards
Requirements
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Minimum 5 years Dealer Principal experience (Commercial experience advantageous)
- Basic Business and Financial acumen
- Sound knowledge of Manufacturer and Distributor requirements
- Sound understanding of sales, service, and parts
- Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations and requirements
