About the Role

We are seeking a commercially strong and technically experienced Branch Manager to join our client’s team in Nelspruit. As a sales-driven leader, you will be responsible for growing and optimising branch performance, ensuring efficient systems, strong sales performance, and excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, improve, and implement branch processes and systems
  • Analyze product sales performance and address slow-moving stock
  • Review and report item group sales performance to Sales Manager
  • Recruit, select, and onboard branch employees
  • Regularly call and visit customers to gather service feedback
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Matric (Non-negotiable)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the refrigeration industry (preferred)
  • Sales background (essential)
  • Managerial experience (beneficial)
  • Existing industry networks (advantageous)
