Welkom New Vehicle Sales Manager
Appointment: Permanent, full-time position
Salary: R15 000 CTC per month plus commission
Benefits: Pension, Medical aid and Funeral benefits
A well established, large Multi Franchise Dealership is looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager at their Welkom, Free State branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, monitoring the implementation of all new vehicle sales activities and processes to maximize new vehicle sales and profits.
Qualifications, Requirements and Experience:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Driver’s license
- Automotive Industry Experience ESSENTIAL
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager role in an automotive environment
- Organization, financial, sales process and management skills and experience
- Deal closing skills and experience
- Vision to lead and grow individuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
