Job description Established Medical Distribution Company seeks a dynamic sales representative for Kwazulu-Natal. Lanoy Medical has been in the ENT market for over 30 years and boasts a well-established client base. We are currently pursuing various growth opportunities in the market with our long-standing and newly acquired product portfolios. We are in the process of branching out into other specialties such as Pulmonology and Cardiothoracic. Responsibilities and Duties: Detailing products to Surgeons, Stock Controllers, Pharmacy Managers and Theatre Staff Scrubbing in and assisting in theatre cases. Be responsible for attaining and exceeding sales targets for the products to be sold in his/her area. Building relationships with Surgeons, Stock Controllers, Pharmacy Managers and Theatre Staff. Maintain a high standard of service delivery. Maintain constant awareness of potential new customers and uses for the product range. Be responsible for maintaining current product knowledge of both Lanoy Medical and competitive brands. Complete reports and forms provided by the company, and submits all reports required to his/her superior at communicated times of the month. Be responsible for medical education activities for hospital staff where necessary. Compliance with Safety, Health & Environmental policies and procedures (training courses will be mandatory) Attend sales meetings, trade exhibitions, conferences, training sessions and symposium circuits. Travel cases: Sales Representative will be expected to travel to different provinces to assist with theatre cases. Compensation: Basic salary based on level of experience. Commissions on sales Car Allowance, Petrol Card, Laptop, Cell Phone provided Applicant must have own vehicle. Starting Date: As soon as possible. Team player Must be comfortable in theatre setting. Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Any other languages would be beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A valid drivers license Proven sales experience in the Healthcare field would be a positive. Applicant must reside in KZN. We will not be relocating candidates.
