About the Role

CTS Trailers is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Creditors Clerk to support our finance team in Bellville, Stikland Industrial. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with a respected name in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and reconciling creditor accounts
  • Preparing and maintaining supplier ageing report
  • Capturing and allocating bank transactions in the current account cashbook
  • Managing the day-to-day administration of petty cash, including petty cash cashbook allocations
  • Assisting with ad hoc financial tasks within the finance department

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
  • Any relevant tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge of SYSPRO will be advantageous but is not compulsory
  • Minimum of 4 – 5 years previous experience in a creditors clerk role
  • Valid drivers license
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
