About the Role
CTS Trailers is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Creditors Clerk to support our finance team in Bellville, Stikland Industrial. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with a respected name in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing and reconciling creditor accounts
- Preparing and maintaining supplier ageing report
- Capturing and allocating bank transactions in the current account cashbook
- Managing the day-to-day administration of petty cash, including petty cash cashbook allocations
- Assisting with ad hoc financial tasks within the finance department
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment
- Any relevant tertiary qualification
- Knowledge of SYSPRO will be advantageous but is not compulsory
- Minimum of 4 – 5 years previous experience in a creditors clerk role
- Valid drivers license
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
