Job Description

The Kitchen Manager oversees all back-of-house operations, ensuring high food quality, safety compliance, and efficient service . Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff (scheduling, training), controlling food/labor costs, ordering inventory, and maintaining equipment cleanliness. This role requires strong leadership to drive team performance and meet guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operations: Manage daily kitchen operations, workflow, and food quality. Staffing: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen personnel. Inventory & Costs: Control food costs, manage inventory, and order supplies. Safety & Sanitation: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Collaboration: Work with management on menu planning and pricing. Qualifications Proven experience in a restaurant kitchen. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
