ENVIRONMENT:
A well-established Telecommunications and Office Automation group is looking for a motivated Telesales Consultant to drive sales across its connectivity, PBX, voice, and office technology solutions. This role is focused on outbound telesales, client engagement, and opportunity generation, supporting a broader sales ecosystem. The role suits someone energetic, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced sales environment.
DUTIES
- Contact existing clients to upsell connectivity, PBX, voice, printers, and office solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound telesales.
- Qualify prospects and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
- Book appointments and hand over qualified leads to the external sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly telesales targets.
- Build strong client relationships through professional engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 13 years experience in telesales, inside sales, or call-centre sales.
- Exposure to telecommunications, connectivity, PBX, or office automation products.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a hunter/farmer sales model.
- Excellent time management and resilience under pressure.
