About the Role
As a Practice Manager at Pro-Match Recruitment, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office, including human resource management, financial reporting, and client service standards. You will work closely with external service providers to ensure seamless operational systems and processes are in place.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resource Management
- Manage administrative and support staff, including performance management and development
- Oversee billing, invoicing, debtors, and cash flow management
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts
- Monitor budgets and implement cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Implement and maintain operational systems and processes
- Liaise with external service providers (accountants, auditors, IT, suppliers, etc.)
- Support directors/partners with strategic planning and operational improvements
- Manage client service standards and ensure a professional office environment
- Marketing
- Project Management
- Assisting in management of TAX department where needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Practice Manager, Office Manager, or similar operational leadership role
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, billing, and reporting
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/practice management software
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
