About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Veterinary Nurse / Internal Sales Consultant to join our team at Persona Staff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and supporting internal sales functions in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders via telephone and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Handle incoming calls and provide product assistance and support
- Liaise with suppliers and assist with the procurement of veterinary pharmaceuticals
- Provide professional and efficient customer service at all times
- Support internal sales functions within a collaborative team environment
Requirements
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (preferred) or relevant veterinary industry experience
- Previous experience in the veterinary or animal health industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Computer literate
- Minimum Grade 12
- Ability to work in a team-based, open office environment
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
