Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist with sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms Screen CVs and shortlist candidates in line with job requirements Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates Manage and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms Support the management of company social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) Create and schedule content related to vacancies, employer branding, and company updates Assist with basic marketing activities to promote job opportunities and company visibility Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to recruitment campaigns Provide administrative support specific to recruitment processes Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records. Minimum Requirements Currently studying towards a qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Marketing, or related field Requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete the qualification (preferred) Basic understanding of recruitment processes and/or marketing principles Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills Key Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and organisational ability Creativity and initiative (especially for social media content) Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes Exposure to talent sourcing strategies and employer branding Practical experience in social media management and recruitment marketing Insight into candidate engagement and recruitment coordination Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals This role is distinct from general HR administration and is specifically focused on recruitment delivery and employer branding initiatives .
