About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Liaison to join our team at Time Personnel in Cape Town. As a key point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless vehicle rentals and exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients professionally when they collect vehicles, providing clear guidance and assistance
- Manage and process vehicle booking requests, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, bookings and follow-ups
- Coordinate between operations, dispatch and other departments to ensure smooth vehicle allocations
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person with courtesy and efficiency
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting as required
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Certificate in Travel & Tourism preferred
- Valid SA driver’s license and own reliable transport (preferred)
- Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office or similar platforms
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic, proactive, and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and approachable demeanor
Salary & Benefits
R13,000 ctc negotiable, dependent on experience
