About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Key Accounts Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and growing relationships with key corporate and commercial clients in the solar and renewable energy market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of solar energy systems and solutions, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, and a proven track record in Key Account Management or Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Present solar solutions and proposals to clients, ensuring solutions meet their operational and energy requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
- Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solar projects
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the renewable energy sector
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports
- Provide excellent after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in solar sales or renewable energy sales
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or Business Development
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems and solutions
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel when required
