Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aggressively identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the packaging industry.
Responsibilities:

Proactively seek out and acquire new business opportunities through aggressive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.

Identify and target high-potential customers in need of packaging solutions.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and tailored packaging solutions.

Present, promote, and sell products to prospective and existing customers.

Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to exceed sales targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and competitive trends.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a hunter-style sales role.

Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.

Ability to aggressively build and maintain long-term relationships.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive and competitive approach to sales.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
