Key Responsibilities:
- ATM monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- ATM software updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
- ATM malfunction and outage resolution.
- CCTV system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- CCTV feed monitoring for security and operational efficiency.
- Regular CCTV camera and recording equipment checks and maintenance.
- CCTV footage extraction.
- Access control system management, including permissions and levels.
- Access control log monitoring and auditing.
- Card reader, biometric device, and related hardware maintenance.
- Frontline technical support for ATMs, CCTV, and access control.
- Hardware and software issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Preventive measures implementation to minimize system downtime.
- Vendor and service provider coordination for equipment, repairs, and maintenance.
- User manual development and new employee onboarding assistance.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are advantageous
- Previous experience in managing ATM systems, CCTV surveillance, and access control systems (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with security system administration and maintenance.
