? Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full financial function for the manufacturing plant
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and margin reporting
- Lead monthend, yearend, and audit processes
- Ensure accurate COGS calculations, BOM accuracy, and production/stock accounting
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and statutory compliance
- Analyse variances, production efficiencies, and key cost drivers
- Provide financial insights and decision support to operational and executive teams
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and inventory performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Drive process optimisation and continuous improvement across finance and operations
? Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA(SA) (completed articles essential)
- Minimum 5 years’ postarticles experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of costing, bill of materials, stock management, and production finance
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP / Oracle / Syspro advantageous)
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problemsolving capability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- High levels of integrity, leadership, and businesspartnering ability
