? GUEST CONCIERGE VACACNCY? Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a polished and proactive Guest Concierge for a premier Luxury Estate located on the border of the Kruger National Park. If you have a passion for high-end hospitality and the ability to curate unforgettable bushveld experiences, we want to hear from you! ? Location: Kruger National Park ? Salary: R15,000 R22,000 (Depending on Experience) Key Responsibilities – Guest Relations: Deliver a warm, personalized “at home” experience for all guests. – Concierge Excellence: Manage daily guest activities, bookings, and specialized requests. – Operational Support: Oversee daily administration linked to reception and guest services. – Standards: Maintain the highest level of service excellence to preserve the estate’s luxury aesthetic. – Database Management: Keep guest profiles updated to ensure seamless future stays. ? Skills & Experience Required – Previous experience in a 5-star lodge or luxury hotel environment. – Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal). – Strong computer literacy (MS Office & Property Management Systems). – A proactive “can-do” attituderesourceful and solutions-driven under pressure. – Sharp attention to detail and a passion for the finer points of hospitality.
