About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable Graphic and Web Designer to join our team in Sandton. As a Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering digital marketing content across various platforms. You must have excellent design skills, marketing judgment, and the ability to work at speed. If you’re a creative problem-solver with a keen eye for brand consistency, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Campaign Delivery: Develop and manage monthly social media calendars across all relevant platforms.
- Create and publish content that balances value-driven storytelling with commercial calls to action.
- Produce platform-ready content on a consistent schedule.
- Design campaign assets for digital promotions, launches, awards, events, and regional highlights.
- Support spotlight content for agents, principals, offices, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor messages, comments, and reviews and respond or escalate within agreed turnaround times.
Requirements
- Strong graphic design capability for digital platforms.
- Demonstrable experience with web design or website content layout/editing.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and brand design.
- Good command of copywriting and written English for marketing purposes.
- Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
