About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team at Masibambane Solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing campaigns, conducting market research, managing social media, and handling administrative tasks to enhance brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and compile performance reports, including ROI and engagement metrics.
- Manage CRM data, update databases, and provide administrative support for the marketing team.
- Assist in organizing events, webinars, and conferences to promote brand presence.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
