About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Manager to lead and execute international talent acquisition strategies across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and Western/Eastern regions. This role requires a highly skilled recruitment professional with a strong background in global hiring, candidate mobilisation, and immigration processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Forecast hiring needs across multiple regions and markets
  • Source, screen, and place high-calibre candidates globally
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer stage
  • Collaborate with HR teams and hiring managers across regions
  • Provide market insights and recruitment guidance
  • Ensure adherence to international labour laws and hiring regulations
  • Manage visa, work permit, and immigration processes for candidate mobilisation
  • Utilise ATS and recruitment tools to track performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire)
  • Generate recruitment reports and insights
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and international partners

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) with a relevant tertiary qualification preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in international recruitment (Africa, Europe, Western & Eastern regions)
  • At least 2 years’ experience mobilising candidates into the Middle East
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes, immigration laws, and work permits
