About the Role

As a Recruitment Specialist at Jacobs Management Group, you will be working directly on live recruiting searches for US-based life sciences companies, sourcing candidates, engaging them, and building real hiring pipelines. This role is designed for those who want to move beyond scheduling and into real recruiting work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay), and targeted research
  • Conduct outreach and engage candidates via LinkedIn, email, phone, and video
  • Qualify candidates (experience, motivation, compensation, availability)
  • Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines with clear notes and status
  • Research companies and map talent pools for new searches
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate flow across active roles
  • Identify and engage target companies to support business development efforts
  • Use AI tools daily to improve speed and quality of work

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, HR, or talent research (agency experience preferred)
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as part of daily workflow
  • Confident engaging candidates directly (written and verbal communication)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter: able to manage time, hit targets, and work independently
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools
