About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Mpumalanga. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the full general ledger function, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage the full general ledger function
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliations (bank, creditors, and debtors)
- Process payments and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
- Manage and maintain debtors’ accounts, including invoicing and collections
- Handle stock processing and ensure accurate inventory records
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Capture and process financial data on ERP systems, including Sage Xperia
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in a full function bookkeeping role
- Strong knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations
- Proven experience with debtors, creditors, and stock processing
- Experience working on ERP systems, specifically Sage Xperia
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Relevant bookkeeping or accounting qualifications will be advantageous.
