About the Role
The Training Administrator role in our HR Department is a critical support function that ensures the smooth delivery of training interventions across the organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating all internal and external training events, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with SETA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate all internal and external training interventions across the organisation
- Manage and maintain training records, attendance registers, learner files, and training matrices
- Register learners with the relevant SETA(s) for accredited training programmes
- Ensure all training documentation, protocols, and supporting evidence are compliant and audit-ready
- Coordinate and manage trainer schedules, training calendars, and venue logistics
- Liaise with accredited providers, internal trainers, and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with traffic colleges to facilitate Examiner and related regulatory courses
- Support SETA administration, including submissions, uploads, reporting, and follow-ups
- Assist in ensuring ongoing SETA accreditation and compliance with quality assurance requirements
- Compile training reports and presentations for management as required
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Department as needed
Requirements

- Proven experience working with SETA administration and processes
