About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Abattoir Supervisor to oversee daily slaughtering operations in our Mpumalanga abattoir. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, disciplined, and confident in managing high-volume abattoir processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing staff schedules, performance, and training
• Monitoring equipment, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Maintaining accurate production, traceability, and compliance records
• Enforcing biosecurity, PPE, and safety protocols
• Coordinating with inspectors, veterinarians, and management
• Managing stock control, waste reduction, and cold-chain integrity
