About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee all underground production activities, ensuring safe and efficient operations that meet our production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all underground production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards
• Lead and supervise underground teams including Shift Bosses and Supervisors
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
