About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to lead our client’s quality control process for Annual Financial Statements (AFS) in Port Elizabeth. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and IFRS compliance of all financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Calling Over quality control process for AFS from initial casting to final cross-referencing
- Verify cash flow alignments and ensure IFRS compliance of all financial reports
- Review DataSnipper outputs for accuracy and verify IFRS frameworks understanding
Requirements
- Proven expertise in Calling Over AFS, including casting, cross-referencing (SOCI/SOFP/Notes), and verifying cash flow alignments
- Strong understanding of IFRS frameworks
- Proficient in Draftworx, Sage, and QuickBooks
