About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Virtual Assistant to provide ongoing structural support to our Europe-based client. As a key member of their remote team, you will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns, maintaining internal systems, and ensuring data accuracy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with content updates and management on WordPress
  • Support CRM and marketing automation activities using HubSpot
  • Schedule and publish content on social media platforms, including Meta and LinkedIn
  • Provide general support with marketing campaigns and digital initiatives
  • Maintain and update internal systems and processes
  • Assist with administrative and coordination tasks as required
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms

Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch (written and verbal) – essential
  • Based in South Africa with a stable internet connection
  • Strong digital proficiency, particularly with HubSpot and WordPress
  • Experience with social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
