About the Role
As a Customer Success Consultant, you will play a vital role in developing strong partnerships with our existing customer base, identifying opportunities to expand service usage, and ensuring adoption satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain productive relationships with assigned clients through regular interaction
- Support account growth by identifying additional service opportunities within the current portfolio
- Deliver product guidance onboarding assistance and ongoing user support
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity records on internal systems
- Identify potential retention concerns and address them proactively
- Assist with promotional activities and represent the business at relevant engagements
Requirements
- Matric or an equivalent qualification is required
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Sales Marketing, or a related field, is advantageous
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a customer-facing or sales-focused role
- Exposure to financial services payments or banking related environments is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
