About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team, focusing on finance recruitment markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for winning new clients, building a strong pipeline, and driving consistent activity and pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business within finance recruitment markets
- Building and maintaining a strong client pipeline
- Proactively reaching out to new clients (cold outreach, networking, referrals)
- Qualifying roles and understanding client hiring needs
- Partnering with the delivery team to ensure successful placements
Requirements
- 13 years experience in an external recruitment agency
- Proven track record in Business development / client acquisition
- Hitting and exceeding targets
- Experience in finance recruitment
- Exposure to UAE and/or European markets is highly advantageous
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications (if applicable)
