About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Manager to lead and coordinate all international trade activities for our top-tier clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliant, cost-effective, and timely movement of goods across borders while managing documentation, regulations, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all import and export processes end-to-end
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
Oversee shipping documentation, permits, and clearance requirements
Coordinate with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport providers
Monitor duties, tariffs, and trade agreements to optimise cost
Manage Incoterms, letters of credit, and international payment terms
Resolve customs and shipment delays efficiently
Maintain accurate records and reporting on international shipments

Requirements

Proven experience in import/export or international logistics management

Strong knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance

Experience with freight, clearing, and forwarding processes

Understanding of Incoterms and international documentation

Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management ability

Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or International Trade (preferred)
