About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join their team in a dual-function role combining graphic design, production coordination, and operational oversight. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance creative output with strong administrative and managerial responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and product materials (print, digital, social media)

• Oversee and coordinate daily workflow within the design/production environment

• Manage administrative processes related to jobs, orders, and timelines

• Oversee wide-format digital printing

• Communicate with clients telephonically regarding requirements and updates

• Ensure deadlines are met and processes run efficiently

• Support and guide team members where necessary

Requirements

Proficiency in CorelDRAW or Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Proficiency in IQ Retail (Highly advantageous), Sage/Pastel, Microsoft Office (proficiency on Excel)

Strong administrative and organisational skills

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset
