About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client, a leading food production company in the Western Cape, is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee their daily operations. The ideal candidate will be dynamic and have a strong background in managing store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing store in the absence of the Manager or alternating shifts with the Manager
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
- Establish or identify prices, goods, services admission, or optical price scanners
- Deal with customers’ complaints and provide information on policies and procedures
- Liaise with internal as well as external clients
- Cashier duties from time to time as well as daily Client service duties
- Stacking of fish products, stock control of fresh, frozen, and smoked products
- Deal with incoming stock and do filleting on fresh products
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Good process and product knowledge
- Ability to function independently and work under pressure
- Must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Be Proactive and customer service-oriented
- Have to be compliant with a Pre-Placement Analysis
- Self-motivated
- Willing to work overtime
- Should be able to work in a team
