About the Role

Isuzu Fumani Westonaria is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dealerships sales team and deliver outstanding results. As part of our forward-thinking dealership committed to growth, innovation, and customer satisfaction, you will have the opportunity to join our team and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive implementation of Fumani’s 2030 Growth Strategy through effective sales leadership and execution.
  • Ensure monthly and annual achievement of new and used vehicle sales targets across the team.
  • Promote adoption of POS systems (Evolve, CMS), SharePoint, and CRM platforms to support digital transformation.
  • Review and approve deal documentation and enforce compliance with Pricing and Costing SOPs.
  • Lead regular team review meetings and provide performance coaching and feedback.
  • Coordinate participation in promotional activities and compile market intelligence reports.
  • Oversee customer experience metrics, including response time, delivery turnaround, and postdelivery follow-up.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years vehicle sales experience, with 2+ years in management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and reporting platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Automotive Management (preferred).
