About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg or Cape Town. As a creative and detail-driven designer, you will play a key role in producing elegant, high-end visual work across print and digital platforms. Your strong conceptual thinking and refined design aesthetic will contribute to premium brand experiences in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative Development: Develop strong conceptual design solutions from brief to execution, Create and refine brand identities and visual systems, Contribute to brand development and rollout projects, Produce high-quality design across print and digital platforms, Design for social media, digital content, and basic front-end applications, Assist with light video editing for social and digital use
Project Management & Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively across creative projects, Interpret briefs and present creative concepts confidently, Ensure all work is delivered on time and to a high standard, Maintain strong attention to detail throughout production, Report directly to senior leadership and support creative direction
Content & Brand Support: Design marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and campaigns, Support visual content creation for luxury travel portfolios, Ensure all creative output aligns with a premium brand identity

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.A. or B.F.A.) from a recognised institution
7–10 years’ experience in reputable design studios
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and conceptual work
Advanced understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with basic video editing for social media
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
