About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our luxury lifestyle management company in Johannesburg or Cape Town. As a creative and detail-driven designer, you will play a key role in producing elegant, high-end visual work across print and digital platforms. Your strong conceptual thinking and refined design aesthetic will contribute to premium brand experiences in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Creative Development: Develop strong conceptual design solutions from brief to execution, Create and refine brand identities and visual systems, Contribute to brand development and rollout projects, Produce high-quality design across print and digital platforms, Design for social media, digital content, and basic front-end applications, Assist with light video editing for social and digital use
- Project Management & Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively across creative projects, Interpret briefs and present creative concepts confidently, Ensure all work is delivered on time and to a high standard, Maintain strong attention to detail throughout production, Report directly to senior leadership and support creative direction
- Content & Brand Support: Design marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and campaigns, Support visual content creation for luxury travel portfolios, Ensure all creative output aligns with a premium brand identity
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design (B.A. or B.F.A.) from a recognised institution
- 7–10 years’ experience in reputable design studios
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and conceptual work
- Advanced understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with basic video editing for social media
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications are required for this role.
Salary & Benefits
The salary range is R17,000 – R20,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
