Responsibilities:
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries. Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed. Maintain office supplies and manage inventory. Support various administrative tasks and projects Qualifications: Proven experience as an Admin or Personal Assistant. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education and Experience: Matric is essential Computer literacy (Microsoft office – word, excel, Internet Competencies required: Problem Solving Team Player Attention to detail. Pro active Ability to work under pressure and time constraints. Good Communication skills (verbal & written) Ability to work independently & a positive team player. Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment. Must be presentable in dress code especially when in front of clients Good Time Management
