You will be responsible for guest satisfaction, managing events, and ensuring smooth operations. Key

Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of the property. Build relationships with guests, staff, and partners. Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. Handle guest complaints and ensure VIP guests are well accommodated. Qualifications & Experience: Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Previous experience in community or hospitality management. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Other

Requirements:

Own transport and phone. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:

R15 000 CTC per month. Location: Cape Town City Center (Bree St). Start Date: As soon as possible. Employment Type: Full-time, permanent position.
