Job Summary
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12, or relevant qualification highly advantageous
- Clear criminal record
- Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans
- Proficient in MS Office and any CRM software
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role
- Online sales experience advantageous
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and managing records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
DUTIES
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate online with customers to confirm orders, provide updates and resolve queries
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotes, invoices and sales reports, and logistical support
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with other departments, such as inventory and shipping, to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders and payments
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and analyses to the management team
