Job Summary
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree (field agnostic) NQF Level 7 PRINCE2 or PMP Certification A relevant Scrum Master certification in at least one of the following: Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I or II) or PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner Minimum 4 7 years of demonstrated track record experience and strong delivery in Agile / Project Management environments Desirable
Requirements:
Any other relevant Agile or coaching certifications are advantageous i.e. Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) or general coaching outside of the Agile universe Provide the Agile team with tools and techniques to increase collaboration, innovation, adaptability and flexibility to perform at the highest level. Establish and embed an adapted Agile Manifesto to govern the principles of Agile development within DBSA innovation and moonshot projects. Employ and embed the Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) framework and toolkit to guide the Agile teams way of working (WoW) Define Agile project scope(s), schedule(s), sprints and associated cadence cycles, to bring focus to regular and timely delivery of project value Employ the use of Agile Project Management tools (i.e. Kanban, Scrum, Agile, SAFe, PMBOK, PRINCE2) to summarise project statuses, progress, issues and risks Oversee regular team updates relating to story card statuses and collate these into the backlog TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES: Deliver Results and Customer Value Agile Project Management Agile Decision Making Tolerance of Ambiguity Credible Activist Strategic and Conceptual Formulator Strong Servant Leadership Entrepreneurial and Commercial Acumen Maverick approach to Problem-Solving Please note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
