Job Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property transfers. Key

Responsibilities:

Handle the full transfer process, including sectional titles, freehold, and estate transfers. Draft and prepare legal documentation related to property transfers. Liaise with clients, banks, deeds office, and municipalities. Manage correspondence and follow-ups to ensure timely processing of transactions. Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for conveyancing files. Work closely with attorneys and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary, specializing in transfers. Proficient in conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey, Lexis Convey, or similar). Knowledge of transfer processes and related legal requirements. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
