Job Summary
Job Purpose:
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary Developer to lead the development and implementation of robust software solutions. If you are a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of ECM or EDRMS systems, a strong technical foundation, and the ability to mentor and inspire, this is the role for you!
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead Development Initiatives: Drive the design, development, and delivery of applications within the company’s ecosystem.
- Customize and Integrate Systems: Oversee customization and integration of the company solutions to optimize business processes and content management.
- Mentor and Guide Teams: Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure Quality and Performance: Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
- Enhance Product Functionality: Contribute to the creation of advanced plugins, extensions, and enhancements for the companies ECM solutions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Document and Share Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in software development, with a proven track record in enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
- Expertise in ECM, EDRMS, and records management systems.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and database management.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the company’s products and solutions.
