Job Summary

Our client is looking for a professional and experienced Receptionist to manage the front desk and provide exceptional service to clients, staff, and visitors.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, managing the switchboard, and taking messages when necessary.
  • Managing boardroom bookings and ensuring that all meeting spaces are prepared for use.
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Handling general administrative tasks, including filing, correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Performing basic creditors tasks such as invoice processing and payment tracking.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assisting with data entry and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a receptionist or front desk role, with strong experience in managing switchboards, answering calls, and providing client-centric service.
  • Basic experience with creditors and general administrative work.
  • Strong Excel skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Pastel software.
  • Proficient in English & Afrikaans, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate and comfortable with office software and systems.
  • Mature, presentable, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with a positive attitude.
  • Must have own reliable transport.
