Job Summary
Our client based in the La Lucia area is seeking an experienced and hands-on Estate/General Manager to join their team.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Estate Manager or General Manager
- Must reside or be willing to relocate to be near the estate (10km)
- Hands on approach and willing to go the extra mile
- Own vehicle and valid drivers license
Duties:
- General Management (Security service; Garden services; Poll cleaning services; Painting; Maintenance and repairs to the common property; Cleaning services)
- Maintenance/Renovations/Repairs
- Budgets
- Insurance and Insurance Claims
- Security
- Complaints and Assistance
- Reporting
- Statutory Matters and duties
Working Hours: 07:00 16:00 (Be on standby in case of emergencies after hours)
